Refund & Return Policy

Please note that our policy for replacement or refund requests lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a replacement or refund.

We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee our craftsmanship. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge to you.

Since all our products are made-to-order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Please be aware that our products are customized and manufactured based on market demand; thus, they are not always readily available. Additionally, advertised images may slightly differ from the actual item in terms of color due to lighting during photography or variations in monitor displays. Therefore, please allow for up to a 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you receive.

Refunds (if applicable)

We are committed to providing you with the best products and are happy to replace your order for any of the following reasons:

  • The product is flawed.
  • The print quality is poor.
  • The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.

Please email us at YSLoutletstore@gmail.com with a photo of the product you received, along with any detail shots you wish to include.

We will use this information to arrange a replacement and prevent future errors. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement at no additional cost.

For all other requests, please email us at YSLoutletstore@gmail.com. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for the refund to appear. Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged, will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ysloutletbag.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there was an error in production or shipping. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at YSLoutletstore@gmail.com. Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will provide you with a return address.

Evidence Required for Replacement

Submitting all necessary evidence to clarify shipping or product errors is crucial for our return/replacement process. Please note that all required pictures must be sent; otherwise, we cannot process your return or replacement request.

Wrong Product Shipped

Please send the following pictures as proof:

  • Picture of the wrong item(s) you received.
  • Picture of the shipping label.

Size Issue

Please send the following pictures as proof:

  • Picture of the shipping label.
  • Photo showing the measurement of the product size with a ruler.
  • Picture of the tag size on the product.
  • Picture showing the length of the insole measured by a ruler.
  • Picture of the product you received.

Broken/Damaged Items

Please send the following pictures as proof:

  • Picture of the broken item.
  • Picture of the shipping label.

Cancellations

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at YSLoutletstore@gmail.com, providing your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible for cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.

Please note that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied for cancellations.
